We use a wide range of sewing machines, including 30 straight stitch machines, various overlock machines for a variety of stitches and needs. We also have specialized machines for specific clothing components.
Press equipment
The company has specialized pressing machines that ensure the precise shaping and finishing of the garments. Among them is a rotary press machine for consistent results.
Finishing work and details
Our highly equipped production facility has the necessary tools for meticulous processing, such as button machines, blind stitch machines, hot air machines, as well as sealing machines, which guarantee secure and professional results.
Tony Tex Clothes LTD uses digital CAD Cam software, pattern engraving, which provides accurate and precise pattern development for individual sizes. We also own a plotter to print patterns and streamline the production process. We work with effective methods for preparing and precisely cutting materials, ensuring a high-quality base for clothing.
